About Darya Spa

  • Our original location, Darya Spa Morgan Hill, is at 307 Vineyard Town Center, Morgan Hill, CA 95037.

  • Our Morgan Hill center is open for treatments from 9 AM to 8 PM Sunday through Thursday and 9 AM to 9 PM Friday and Saturday.

    You can contact the Darya Spa team via email or phone. Our info@darya-spa.com inbox is monitored seven days per week, so this is a great option if your enquiry is non-urgent.

    If your inquiry is urgent or you'd prefer to speak to someone on the phone, call our team at (408) 444-5547. This is the best way to get in touch if you'd like to book a last-minute treatment or to let us know if you're running late for your appointment.

  • We often have availability for last-minute appointments due to cancellations. If you'd like to book a treatment on short notice, call our team at (408) 444-5547.

  • Payment for your treatment can be made online when you book through our secure booking partner, Vagaro, or after your treatment. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash.

    If you want to leave a tip for your therapist, you can do this at checkout.

    You can also pay for treatments with a Darya Spa Gift Voucher; please email us directly after checking our online availability to schedule your appointment and redeem it. Please note that our vouchers are sold as single treatments; you cannot split up your voucher for multiple sessions.

  • Absolutely! We offer discounts when you purchase multiple massages in advance. Our generic packages are on our Vagaro page.

    Alternatively, if you're interested in buying a course of treatments with your favorite therapist or as a gift for your favorite human, we're always happy to build a customized package to suit your needs. Contact our team, and we'll contact you to discuss the various options available.

  • Yes! When you make your booking through our website, you have the option to select a specific therapist. You can find out more about their strengths and specialties on our Team page, and if you'd like any further information about a particular therapist's style, you can get in touch.

    If you are booking with a voucher, make sure to contact us to discuss who your therapist will be on the day.

  • Yes. All therapists hold a valid license from the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC). We also ensure our insurance policy covers all our therapists and that they have their policies with respected industry insurers.

  • It depends on how far along in your pregnancy you are. If you are in the first trimester (up to 12 weeks), we cannot provide treatments to you. If you are in your second or third trimester, massage is highly recommended to aid the aches and pains of carrying a baby. Once you're into your second trimester, you can book a pre-natal treatment (No. 5) with one of our experienced pregnancy massage specialists.

  • It is important you communicate this prior to your treatment, and we'll determine on a case-by-case basis if any of our treatments are suitable for you. Please contact us once you've spoken to your professional care provider about the ongoing medical issue or injury. Prior to your treatment, your therapist will undertake a thorough consultation where you can discuss any injuries/conditions in detail.

  • At this point, we only provide treatments to customers who are at least 18 years old.

  • We've made efforts to create a comfortable spa for our community of clients, including designing the space to include an extra-wide hallway and doorways. Our restroom is fully accessible, and our massage tables are wide and soft to ensure comfort for various body conditions and can accommodate a weight of up to 500 lbs.

Before Your Treatment

  • We know that things that are out of your control can happen, so please get in touch with us to cancel or change your session as soon as possible. If you cannot do so, we understand and are happy to refund you for the paid session fully.

  • Especially during the winter months, when colds are common, it’s always much better to reschedule your appointment as soon as you start to experience the symptoms of a cold or flu. If you are ill, you can contact our team to reschedule your appointment for a later date or cancel it for a full refund.

  • Providing there is a margin to extend your booking, we will always try to accommodate this. We believe the more extended the therapists have to work on your muscles, the more magic we can do. Adjusting your treatment is simple; call us to ask if there is space or ask your therapist at the beginning of your session. If you want to swap your treatment to a Sports or Pregnancy massage, please get in touch with us at least 48 hours in advance, as we may have to switch your therapist, and this takes planning.

  • The best thing you can do is arrive at least 15 minutes early so you are relaxed and calm as you head into your session. This time would also allow you to properly fill out the intake forms and ensure you receive the customized treatment you seek.

  • That depends on various factors, so we ensure you complete our comprehensive consultation form and thoroughly chat with your therapist before you get on the treatment table. If you are still deciding what to choose, book for the Deep Tissue (the same rate as our other treatments) and chat with your therapist before your session.

  • You can indeed! If you want treatments at the same time but in different rooms or at the same time in the same room, please get in touch with us, and the team can help you book a session based on our availability.

During Your Treatment

After Your Treatment

  • Deep Tissue treatments can occasionally leave your muscles slightly achy or fatigued since they penetrate the uppermost layers. On rare occasions, you may even be a little bruised, which is generally nothing to worry about. However, if the problem persists after 48 hours, please don't hesitate to call us. Other common side effects include deep inner peace, feeling taller, and sleeping deeply.

    We highly recommend taking a shower post-massage, taking it mega easy, and getting an early night. You can also talk to your therapist on the day about other things you can do to extend the benefits of treatment at Darya Spa.

  • There is no such thing as too much massage! In Ayurvedic culture, daily massage is encouraged.

    We most commonly recommend a monthly massage as a body MOT, but we highly encourage a weekly or fortnightly session if you can or if there is an ongoing issue.

  • Yes. Detailed invoices can be requested via email and will be generated in 1 business day.

  • We follow your lead and will do whatever comes naturally or feels right to you. If you want to chat (dynamic session), go right ahead. If you'd rather zone out (quiet session), we understand that, too.

  • Absolutely not, but it's helpful for the therapist to know that areas in the abdomen and lower back can be affected by your cycle.
